Elisa Seltzer is a senior consultant at RRS. She is a visionary and strategic leader experienced in recycling, composting, and solid waste policy and program development. With over 30 years of experience in the public sector, she has worked in funding, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive and cost-effective resource recovery programs. Elisa has served as NextCycle Michigan’s project manager since its inception in early 2020.
