She’s helped national organizations and state governments understand how new extended producer responsibility (EPR) laws will affect them—designing decision trees, briefing matrices, and policy landscapes that simplify the complexities of legislation.

Her work with groups like the Carton Council and the Poly Coated Paper Alliance has guided industry-wide discussions on recycled content, market development, and infrastructure investment. Clients know Isabelle not just for her analysis, but for her collaborative approach—ensuring stakeholders walk away with clarity and direction.
