A New Chapter in Leadership at RRS
Resa Dimino and Catherine Goodall to Serve as Co-CEOs
Two trusted RRS leaders step into shared leadership, carrying forward a legacy of collaboration, innovation, and impact in the circular economy.
After nearly four decades of visionary leadership, our co-founder and CEO Jim Frey will be stepping into a new role as a strategic advisor in January 2026, where he will remain actively involved in consulting and business development. As we look to the future, we’re excited to share that two long-time RRS leaders, Resa Dimino and Catherine Goodall, will serve co-CEOs beginning in 2026, marking an exciting next chapter for RRS.
Shared Leadership
At RRS, we know that real systems change doesn’t happen in silos. Our co-CEO model reflects RRS’ organizational structure `and culture of collaboration, how we are collaborative, adaptive, and deeply connected to the work we do. This structure allows us to draw on the complementary strengths of two proven industry leaders. In their upcoming roles as Co-CEOS:
• Resa Dimino will support people, partnerships, and business development.
• Catherine Goodall will lead finance, operations, and client services.
Together, they’ll continue to drive our mission forward, creating circular economy solutions that deliver environmental and economic value for clients, communities, our employee-owners, and the planet.
“Jim’s vision and systems thinking helped shape RRS into what it is today. Resa and Catherine bring that same mindset, and they’re uniquely positioned to guide us into our next chapter. I couldn’t be more confident in their leadership.”
— Brianne Haven, Chief Operating Officer
