RRS Expands Ownership Team with Nine New Shareholders
New shareholders to advance innovation, build internal strength, and drive impact in materials management
Resource Recycling Systems (RRS), a leader in circular economy and sustainable waste management consulting since 1986, is proud to announce the expansion of its ownership team.
With this latest expansion, RRS welcomes nine new members to its ownership team, deepening its commitment to employee ownership and the shared mission of building a more circular, less wasteful world. Each new shareholder has been building RRS's future — and is now investing in it more deeply.
“Expanding our shareholder group is one of the most meaningful ways we invest in the future of RRS. Each of these individuals has played a critical role advancing our work and supporting our clients. Welcoming them as owners recognizes their contributions and strengthens our ability to grow thoughtfully while staying grounded in our mission.”
— Catherine Goodall, Co-CEO
The 2026 class reflects the full range of expertise that drives RRS forward, spanning zero waste planning, circular economy strategy, public policy, GIS and data analysis, stakeholder engagement, analytics, nonprofit leadership, and marketing. Some bring decades of experience; others are earlier in their careers but already shaping how the company thinks and what it delivers. Together, they renew a commitment that is structural to who RRS is: employee ownership keeps the company accountable to its values, attracts people who care about outcomes, and supports growth it's proud of.
